Sampling of events: Partial Women in Endocrinology (WE) Annual Meeting: Open to all WE members and interested Endocrinologists. It features an invited speaker of general interest, and a summary of WE activities during the previous year. Recipients of the WE 2017 Mentor Award, and also of the WE Young Investigator, Endocrine Society’s Early Career Forum, and Australasian Branch of Women in Endocrinology Travel Grant Awards are also recognized. Association of Endocrine Chiefs & Directors: This is an opportunity for Chiefs/Directors of academic Divisions of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism to network and discuss important issues that are relevant to establishing and maintaining successful clinical, research, and training operations.

Mentoring and Poster Reception: Advisors at topic tables are available to address career challenges facing underrepresented students, postdocs, fellows and faculty. In-training and early career professionals interested in presenting their research are also invited to attend. This event presents a great networking opportunity for mentors from the Endocrine Society, industry, and government to share their career experiences and advice for young scientists.

Endocrine Nurses Society, Symposium, Business Meeting, Luncheon, Poster Session & Reception: The Endocrine Nurses Society (ENS) symposium target audience includes all nurses and allied healthcare professionals in the practice of Endocrinology. All allied healthcare professionals new to the clinical practice of Endocrinology will find opportunities for networking and professional development at this symposium.
