American Academy of Ophthalmology Annual Meeting

This year’s American Academy of Ophthalmology Annual Meeting is being held in conjunction with the Pan-American Association of American Academy of Ophthalmology.

Opening Session and Annual Business Meeting, Sunday, Oct. 28. Hear from the Academy leadership, cheer your colleagues and learn about the intersection of Art + Science. The Academy offers over 350 courses in topics from cataract to vision rehabilitation. This includes over 100 courses in practice management topics such as practice quality and coding & reimbursement.

Breakfasts with the Experts. Start your day right with a delicious buffet breakfast and informal discussion led by experts in the field. The Academy offers 78 breakfasts during AAO 2018. Ten of these will focus specifically on practice management topics.

Original Papers. Each Original Paper session focuses on a specific topic. A panel discussion follows each paper presentation. At the end of each session, the panel selects the best paper. Sessions are free with your AAO 2018 registration.

CME The American Academy of Ophthalmology is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education. AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ available for AAO 2018, Subspecialty Day meetings and AAOE Half-Day Coding Sessions.
